Q: Why should we chose you for our party rental?
A: We pride ourselves on being the best and to provide exceptional service. We treat you like we would want someone to treat us. We want to bring units that no one else has, services that go above and beyond, and unmatched fun! We are fully insured, inspected and safety certified so there is no concern that we aren't the best choice to go with.
Q: Are your rentals clean?
A: YES! We ensure that each rental is clean and sanitized after each use. We use a commercial grade sanitizer to make sure it is safe for children and for the rental itself. We want to ensure that each unit is kept in the best shape possible for longevity and cleanliness.
Q: Can I use anything on the rental?
A: If it is not something supplied by us, NO. Anything used on the rentals that is not provided by us could result in damage to the unit that the client is responsible for. If it is a dry unit, no water whatsoever is allowed on it. No soaps, chemicals, etc is allowed on any unit.
Q: What surface can I use the rental on?
A: Most ground surfaces are allowed as long as we are informed ahead of time. There is an option in the checkout to tell which rental is usable on each surface, as well as on each rentals page. Rocks, gravel, areas near swimming pools and sharp surfaces are not allowed. We do make the final decision upon arrival. If there is a questionable area that you are thinking, please inform us and we will do our best to come out and check the area out for you ahead of time.
Q: Is delivery included?
A: We deliver, set up and take down all units or items. 10 miles is included in the mileage fee and beyond ten, it is charged per mile. We end up making four trips total, so that's why there is a mileage fee after a certain distance.
Q: Are the units safe to use?
A: Yes they are with proper supervision. All the units we offer have safety instructions on them to remind what they should and should not be used as. We will inform you of these as well upon delivery. There is no substitute for proper supervision and making sure the kids are having fun, but being aware of being safe as well.
Foam Parties
Q: Is the foam safe to be around?
A: Yes! It is biodegradable, hypo-allergenic, non-staining (if using just the regular foam, the colored can sometimes stain), and non-scented. There is no residue left behind and within an hour or 2 is completely gone. Keeping out of eyes as much as possible is encouraged to be safe.
Q: What is included with the foam party?
A: All foam parties will come with a foam host to run the machine, the machine and enough solution for the time selected, a barrier in front of the machine to ensure safety and not see the equipment, a canopy with our information for the foam host, a speaker with music (you can use your own list of music or choose a category that we will play), blacklight/strobe lights for Glow-in-the-dark parties and all setup and taken down by foam host.
